Made from freshly pressed apples sourced from the Adelaide Hills. A delicate balance between the acidity of the apples and residual sugars, produces a highly drinkable cider that is neither too dry nor sweet. The cider is made with 100% apple juice, hence the high ABV. This gives the cider a fruity nose and fuller palate. The cider is served with ice.
Golden in colour, this lightly flavoured beer is fermented with bottom fermenting larger yeast and long cold conditioning. This results in an initial bitter taste followed by a clean crisp finish. With hints of light biscuit and bready malt, this makes for an easy drinking pilsner.
